Boutique festival 'offers unique Croatia holiday experience'
10 December 2010The vibrant Manchester music scene traditionally takes a holiday in Croatia each summer in order to enoy the Electric Elephant Festival.
That is the view of Manchester Confidential, which describes the event as "more than just a festival" and the basis for a unique adventure.
Next year's celebration will be the fourth year in succession Electric Elephant has been held, with a number of top names already confirmed on the line-up.
YO YO, Andrew Weatherall and Kelvin Andrews will all host boat parties at the venue, taking advantage of its setting in a coastal retreat, notes the online publication.
The festival is within easy reach of Zadar Airport, ensuring attendees can catch flights to Croatia without the hassle of a hefty transfer at the other end.
Another similar event taking place next summer is Soundwave, for which acts such as Stuart McCallum, Hexstatic and Zero 7 have been confirmed, according to RWD.
