Croatia holiday is "dazzling", says journalist

People who stay in a villa in Croatia this summer will be met with one of Europe's most "dazzling" coastlines.

Nikki Bayley, who recently visited the Dalmatia coast, explains in an article for the Mirror there is plenty of water-based entertainment to be enjoyed in Croatia.

She recalls her experiences diving from a boat into the "sparkling water" off the coast of Trogir.

Ms Bayley says prior to the trip she had been informed the best way to see Croatia's popular Dalmatian coast is by boat - advice she took upon arrival.

But her adventure was not confined to the water, as she tells how she ventured by road first to Zadar, a place she describes as "beautiful".

Finally, the Croatia holidaymaker headed to Split - where she was met by "silky waters" and an old town that is "one of the most interesting places" she has ever visited.

Trogir was in the headlines recently after last Saturday's (May 8th) episode of Doctor Who featured scenes filmed in the ancient settlement.
