Croatia unveils new gambling hotspots
31 March 2009Croatia is to launch three new gambling hotspots across its cities next month, it has been revealed.
Ritzio Interational will open its volcano-themed casinos in Orebric, Mokosica and Metkovic, in a bid to draw in tourists to the Adriatic country.
According to the firm, each of the new venues will be adorned with colourful blue-and-red interior when they are opened in April.
A spokesperson for the group said: "Volcano gaming clubs is a popular destination for local guests who enjoy gaming excitement in a cosy home atmosphere and appreciate privacy and quality service."
The company added that Croatia was the ideal destination for gambling due to its "balanced local gaming legislation".
Ritzio currently has nearly 35 gaming locations in more than 30 towns and cities across Croatia.
Holidaymakers planning on a trip to Croatia will be pleased that German air carrier Lufthansa is to launch new routes to Dubrovnik and Split from Munich, the Croatian Times reported.
