Croatia win football match

Croatia won a football game against Andorra on Wednesday, scoring four goals in the qualifying round match for the World Cup in 2010.

The team was playing at its home ground in Zagreb where the guest players did not manage to score any goals, making the score 4-0.

Croatian player Ivan Rakitic scored two goals for his team, one after 17 minutes and another just three minutes before the final whistle was blown.

Ivica Olic and Luka Modric both scored a goal each to add to the final score which has seen Croatia move to second place in group six of the qualifiers.

Croatia was awarded a penalty when Olic was tackled in the goal area but Modric missed his attempt which was then scored on the rebound by Olic.

England are currently top of group six ahead of Croatia. The teams are in the same group as Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Andorra who are at the bottom of the table. ADNFCR-1197-ID-18830183-ADNFCR
