Croatia's INmusic festival 'one of Europe's best'
02 April 2009Croatia's INmusic rock festival has been singled out as one of the best on the continent.
According to Britain's the Times newspaper, the Zagreb-based event is among Europe's top 20 best summer music showcases.
The T-Mobile-sponsored festival will feature such acts as London-born pop princess Lily Allen, German electro pioneers Kraftwerk, New York art rockers Yeah Yeah Yeahs and techno DJ Moby.
Tickets for the 20,000 capacity Lake Jarun event are on sale now, while budget air carriers such as Lufthansa and Flybe will be operating frequent flights into Croatia over summer.
T-Mobile INmusic is held on June 24th and 25th, with passes ranging from 48 to 75 euros.
The newspaper also highlighted the Garden Festival in Petrcane as one of the country's top attractions this year.
Acts at the July event will include clubs DJs Giles Peterson, Norman Jay and Greg Wilson.
