Dubrovnik holiday "suitable for people of all ages"
06 April 2010Taking a holiday in Dubrovnik this summer is a good idea for young party-goers and more mature travellers alike.
According to Emma O'Boyle, UK media relations manager at TripAdvisor, the ancient city is "suitable for people of all ages".
She says the "breathtaking scenery" and history-filled streets are just right for those seeking a relaxing break.
But Dubrovnik is a "young city" too - with a thriving university scene - and Ms O'Boyle states this offers "good nightlife all year round".
Another factor making the southern Croatian spot ideal for a variety of tourists is its weather, with Ms O'Boyle explaining how it has a "relatively mild climate" at times due to its coastal location.
However, during the summer months, it can also give those planning to soak up the sun "high temperatures".
Dubrovnik's walls are often suggested as one of the city's highlights and take approximately an hour to walk around.
