Dubrovnik 'is a tourist's dream'

ShortList magazine notes the Old Town area of Dubrovnik as a particular highlight, suggesting its two kilometres of ancients walls and terracotta roof tiles make it an attractive place to be.
"Squares are linked by backstreets, which house small bars, cafes and restaurants," the publication explains.
Visiting Dubrovnik is also a shrewd move for those who like the sun on a summer holiday, with the city blessed by a warm climate.
The magazine goes on to reveal much of the city's architecture dates back to the 18th century, which may be of interest to history fans and those who enjoy traditional surroundings.
