Gabrielle set to travel to Croatia for gig

Pop star Gabrielle is set to stay in accommodation in Croatia later this month as she plays a concert in the country.

The Dreams and Out of Reach singer is due in Zagreb next week, where fans may have travelled from around the nation and beyond in order to see her.

Gabrielle, who made her name in the early 1990s before a break that ended with the release of Rise in 2000, said she is heading to Croatia on the advice of her driver.

She is quoted by the daily Vecernji List, in a report documented by the Croatian Times, as saying she knows she will have a good time.

"He told me that I am going to a country where people are very amiable, fun and where they love music, which is important to me," the star added.

Also due to appear in Croatia in the next few weeks is Lady Gaga, who will also be in Zagreb to perform.
