Guns N Roses fans set for Croatia holiday

Fans of popular rock band Guns N Roses should book accommodation in Croatia if they are to see their heroes perform live in Zagreb.

The band have confirmed they will be travelling to the Croatian capital on September 24th as part of their European tour, reports the Croatian Times.

Zagreb is one of ten cities Guns N Roses will perform in on the tour, which is set to promote the new album Chinese Democracy.

As well as flights to Croatia and accommodation, such as a villa or waterside property, fans may also be wise to book a ticket for the gig, which is due to take place at Arena Hall, the newspaper explains.

Guns N Roses are famous for a multitude of hits from the late 1980s onwards, including November Rain, Welcome to the Jungle and Sweet Child Of Mine.

The news will be a boost to music in Croatia, after the country's Eurovision Song Contest entry failed to make it past the semi-final stage last week.
