Holiday on Croatian island of Brac 'is relaxing and beautiful'
01 October 2010Travellers on the hunt for somewhere to spend a relaxing week or two this autumn may wish to consider a holiday on the Croatian island of Brac.
One user of the vacation review site TripAdvisor recently asked for advice on the landmass, which is located a few miles off the coast of Split.
Another contributor, writing under the name HuJinks, responded by saying Brac is a beautiful spot with offering holidaymakers with plenty of chances to unwind.
The user explained they have recently returned from three weeks on the island, where the weather was "fantastic" and the natural attractions, such as coves, beaches and sea were "wonderful".
"There is a very gentle touch about the island in terms of regulation/police and it was very noticeable how no-one takes advantage. [Croatians] are really good at making you feel welcome," HuJinks stated.
Other nearby islands that could also be ideal for a peaceful break include Korcula, Hvar and Vis.
