Hollywood superstar Gerard Butler 'currently staying in Dubrovnik'

Hollywood actor Gerard Butler is enjoying a Croatia holiday in Dubrovnik after the filming of his latest movie Koriolan came to an end.

The star is currently spending time on a luxury yacht moored in the Adriatic Sea, just off the coast of the historic city, the Croatian Times reports.

Butler may find time during his relaxing break on the Dalmatian coast to explore the ancient city of Dubrovnik, with its old walls, cobbled streets and immaculate beaches among the highlights for many visitors.

According to the newspaper, Ralph Fiennes, director of Koriolan, is also soaking up the sun in Dubrovnik and staying in accommodation nearby.

The pair may have met to discuss the movie over dinner, with Dubrovnik's speciality said to be seafood.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are among the other celebrities to have recently been linked with a holiday in Croatia, after they finished filming in Italy last month.
