Invazia festival to 'invade' Zagreb
17 February 2009Croatia's most popular musicians are set to descend on Zagreb later this month for one of the country's hottest music festivals, it has been reported.
According to the Croatian Times, the Invazia Indoor (Invasion) event will feature an exhilarating combination of electronic and rock genres when it rolls into the country's capital.
A number of the Balkans' hottest acts - such as Majke, Letu Stuke and Atentat - will be performing alongside some of planet's most well-respected performers, including Petar Dundov, Luka Bauman and the UK's DJ Surgeon.
Visitors to the capital for the event will also be given the opportunity to do their bit for charity, as some of the proceeds will be donated to the local Gornja Bistra children's hospital.
Music lovers from the US for the show will have the opportunity to take advantage of cheap flights to Croatia following extensive discounting by British Airways.
Invazia Indoor will be held on February 20th and 21st.
