'Most popular coastline' makes its mark across the Adriatic

Individuals considering Croatia travel or villa rental could be investing in what is set to be "one of the most popular coastlines in the world".

Representatives for overseas property specialist David Stanley Redfern pointed out that the Adriatic paradise is currently one of the best countries in which to invest because of its location, cheap living costs and proximity to popular established markets such as Italy.

"Croatia has some of the best value property considering its location, and some of the most impressive potential for big returns on investment," they observed in a statement.

They went on to note that Croatia, like other eastern European countries, is "taking off" economically as a result of rising tourism, trade, foreign investment and overseas property investment.

Earlier this month, Croatian tourism officials highlighted better access from UK airports as another factor in the country's rise in popularity among travellers.
