New flights offer more cheap travel to Croatia

Tourists planning a holiday in Croatia have been handed some good news by Wizz Air, with the confirmation that the airline is to offer new routes to the country.

Central and Eastern Europe's largest low-cost airline says it will run flights from London Luton Airport to both Split and Dubrovnik.

Indeed, tickets are already on sale via the carrier's website, giving holidaymakers the perfect chance to secure their flights and move straight on to snapping up a deal on a Croatian villa for the duration of their break.

The new flights will operate to Split from June 18th, with four services a week, while three trips to Dubrovnik will be made every seven days, starting from June 19th.

Another route is also being launched at the same time to Venice in Italy - from where Croatia is easily accessible by road and sea.

Wizz Air joins easyJet, Ryanair and Flybe as budget airlines offering cheap travel to Croatia.
