Pet Shop Boys to play Croatian gig
02 October 2009British electro-pop legends the Pet Shop Boys are to perform in Zagreb next month.
The duo - Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe - will play the Croatian capital at the city's Arena Hall on November 29th as part of a world-wide tour.
Tickets go on sale today (October 2nd) for the event, and could be in demand thanks to the global popularity of the group, who have sold over 100 million records worldwide
Holidaymakers in Croatia and Zagreb residents could hear the duo performing the likes of classic pop songs such as West End Girls, Always On My Mind and Love Etc.
The pair have recently seen a return to popularity with the release of their latest album Yes, produced by Girls Aloud hit-makers Xenomania.
This culminated in a win at the 2009 Brit Awards, during which the group scooped the Outstanding Contribution to Music prize.
They performed at the event in London with Brandon Flowers from the Killers and New York musician Lady Gaga.
