Pop stars plan charity concert to be enjoyed by those on holiday in Croatia
08 December 2010People on holiday in Croatia later this month will be in a prime position when it comes to attending a charity concert featuring a number of international pop stars.
According to the Croatian Times, artists such as Gloria Gaynor – perhaps most famous for 1979 hit I Will Survive – have signed up to sing in the capital, Zagreb.
The event is to be held in aid of children in hospital and is set to take place on December 22nd.
Others to have agreed to perform include Doris Dragovic, Valentina Fijacko, Ivo Gamulin Gianni and the Croatian Radio Television's symphony orchestra, the newspaper explains.
People staying in accommodation in Zagreb may wish to enjoy the music and do their bit for charity in the process.
It is another musical date to add to the diary for those planning a holiday in Croatia, with stars such as Sting and Bon Jovi already confirmed to play in the country over the coming months.
