Secure accommodation in Split for prestigious Croatia Boat Show
07 December 2010Those who love to be on the water, whether it be in a sailing boat or something more luxurious, may be wise to secure accommodation in Split ahead of an upcoming event.
The annual Croatian Boat Show is due to return to the Dalmatian city from April 12th-17th, potentially bringing with it a host of famous faces, glamour and great weather.
It will be the 13th time the popular event has been held in the ancient resort, which boasts a beautiful and historic harbour area.
Organisers claim it is the largest and "most dazzling" regional show of its kind, showing off the best of both the local and international nautical markets.
Attendees will include everybody from yacht builders to those looking to provide luxury services to fans of boats.
With Split sure to be descended upon by a significant number of visitors during the show's run, booking accommodation in Croatia as soon as possible might be a wise move.
As well as its marina and picturesque shoreline, the city is famous for the ancient Diocletian's Palace and its winding, cobbled streets.
