Top UK comedian set to entertain travellers to Croatia

Tourists planning a trip to Croatia may wish to schedule their trip for later this month after learning a top British comedian is due to perform in the country.

Ian Stone will take to the stage in Zagreb on April 27th at the Movie Pub in Savska Street, the Croatian Times reports.

Ranked by the Independent as one of the top-ten funnymen in the UK at the moment, Stone can be regularly heard on Radio 5, has made appearances on popular BBC show Mock the Week and works on a podcast for Arsenal FC with Alan Davies.

He is also a popular member of Comedy Store's Cutting Edge team, for whom he performs most Tuesdays, the newspaper explains.

Stone's recent work includes a pilot commissioned by Radio 2, which is set to star impressionist Alistair McGowan.

Enjoying the comedian's show could rate highly on the list of priorities for travellers to Croatia in the coming weeks.

A trip to Zagreb will also coincide with the capital's summer celebrations, which kicked off last weekend.
