Tourists may need to book accommodation in Croatia soon for Winter Collage

People who are planning to stay in accommodation in Dubrovnik during the current season in order to visit the city's Winter Collage may need to consider confirming their booking soon.

That is because the event, which first started in the autumn, will expire at the end of the winter.

Tourists are invited to travel to Fort Revelin, where the resort's official tourism board promises there will be a sight, taste and experience of Dubrovnik within the venue.

A series of traditional songs and dances will be performed by the Lindo Folk Ensemble, before visitors can get involved in wine and sweet delicacies tasting sessions.

Located at the foot of Mount Srd, the fort will also sell local souvenirs and products associated with Croatia.

Another event to look out for on Dubrovnik's calendar later this winter is its annual carnival, which is due to take place in the heart of the historic city's winding streets.
