Welsh football fans may be set to seal deal for Croatian villa

People in Wales may be searching for accommodation in Croatia ahead of their national football team's match in the country later this month.

John Toshack is preparing to take his side to Osijek for a tie with Slaven Bilic's outfit, which features Tottenham stars Niko Kranjcar and Luka Modric.

And that may mean thousands of Welsh fans, currently gearing up for a holiday in Croatia, are on the hunt for comfortable accommodation.

Some could therefore consider a Croatian villa close to or in Osijek, while others may use the match as a chance to see more of the country's Adriatic coast.

The true explorers among the Welsh supporters may even be lining up a deal on car hire with Hertz so they are in a position to venture from Osijek to Split, Dubrovnik and Zagreb.

Neither Wales or Croatia qualified for this summer's World Cup, so the match will be used as a chance to prepare for the European Championship qualifiers that start in September.
