Winter holidays in Croatia set for heavy snowfall

Meteorological chiefs believe the first white powder will sprinkle over Gorski Kotar today (November 22nd), before the capital Zagreb and Rijeka feel its effects tomorrow.
The weather trend is to be caused by a cold front that is expected to sweep across the nation, the news source explains.
More than a month ago, the same portal noted the first snow of the season had fallen in Croatia before the end of October – indicating a good winter for those who would like the substance in place for their trip.
