Works of art available to Dubrovnik holidaymakers

Individuals who take flights to Croatia and stay in accommodation in Dubrovnik will witness scores of works of art around the ancient city.

The Dubrovnik Tourist Board notes the resort is packed with objects that capture their artist's soul and passion, some of which are available to take home as souvenirs of a top holiday.

Within the quaint, cobbled streets of the settlement lie galleries and exhibitions where local creators choose to display their work, much of which is unique.

And the good news for tourists is that they will have no problems when it comes to getting such items out of Croatia.

Some people may also be interested in taking a tour of Dubrovnik in order to see its permanent works of art, such as statues and depictions that can be found within its historic walls.

Artists themselves might find it an inspirational place to be, with neighbouring Mount Srd one place that offers great views over the city and the Adriatic Sea.
